EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL SHOWS

Jonathan Blair Magic offers two types of shows for school programs. For schools looking for the emphasis to be on learning and/or curricula, Jonathan Blair's learning, reading and self-esteem shows are great ways to get the children excited about learning. Mr. Blair incorporates concepts that will assist teachers in connecting the show to classroom discussion. Post-show discussion material is made available to teachers and principals. Shows are designed for children from K-6.

Educational shows

• 30 minute performance - $350.00 (Second show is $250.00)
• 45 minute performance - $495.00 (Second show is $350.00)
• 30 minute show is for school day performances only

MAGIC FOR ENTERTAINMENT

Mr. Blair also performs a 45 minute interactive magic show where the focus is just on magic. This is an interactive show, where children volunteer from the audience to assist Mr. Blair on stage. The show is full of amazing magic and comedy, live doves, music, and an illusion for the finale. This show is popular for family nights or just a special treat for the students during the school day.

Entertainment and fundraiser shows - Friday evening through Sunday evening

• 45 minute performance - $450.00
• 1 Hour fundraiser show - $495.00
• $50.00 discount for shows booked Monday through 3:00 pm Friday

REQUIREMENTS FOR PERFORMANCE

• Curriculum based shows must be booked three months in advance.
• Outdoor events require a 50 percent non-refundable deposit. Rain dates also require a 50 percent deposit of total fee to hold a second date. This fee is not returned in the event first date is used.
• Performer retains the right to alter performances for outdoor events based on weather conditions. Such conditions include sun, wind, and cold and rain soaked grass.

Birthday Magic Show

Your birthday child is the star of the show! Jupiter makes the birthday girl or boy the special magic assistant and magic happens right in their hands!

The emphasis of Jupiter's birthday magic program is on engaging the children in a theatrical, fast paced interactive magic show.

Birthday magic shows are perfect for children 4-10. Jupiter's magic performances also add a special touch communions, christenings and 1st birthdays where there are children of a wide range of ages. For birthday children 9 and above, Jupiter suggests that parents consult the children before planning to have a magic show. Jupiter offers a more sophisticated for children above the age of 9.

THE BIRTHDAY MAGIC SHOW INCLUDES:

• 45 minute interactive magic show
• Two live doves that magically appear
• Two special magic gifts presented magically to each birthday child
• Prizes & stickers for each party attendee
• Every child pets a dove
• Birthday child may hold a dove for photo
• Jupiter "Mystery Dollar Bill" for each attendee

1. Show must be performed indoors; if show is outdoors, a tent must be provided.
2. All bookings require a $75.00 deposit; a 14 day cancellation notification is required for full deposit return.
3. Deposits may be applied to a future booking based on performer availability. Deposits good for one year from booking.
4. Coloring books, prize and stickers included for all parties up to 20 children. For groups over 20 and above, a $2.00 surcharge for each child will be added to the balance due. For groups of 30 children and over, a flat $35.00 fee will be added to the balance due.

Jonathan Blair's entertainment services enhance events and parties. With edge of comedy and an air of mystery, Mr. Blair can perform magic to suit the setting. Stage magic in smaller settings and hospitality rooms involves mind reading, card magic, escapes, and Illusions. Large Illusions are also available when certain performance criteria are met.

Strolling or stationed close up magic can be tailored to fit the event. When strolling from person to person during receptions or cocktail hours, Jonathan Blair engages small groups for card, coins and other close-up magic effects. Effects can be tailored for corporate clients with advance notice. Stationed magic allows Mr. Blair to perform distinctive magic suited to standing with a small table performance table in front of him.
